Hallelujah! My work week is over!
It was a fairly cold day and promises to be an even colder night. I can smell the wonderful smoky scent of fireplaces burning throughout my neighborhood, although mine is, sadly, cold and dark and not contributing to the winter fragrance. My husband declared it 'chili weather', so we have chili on the stove and potatoes in the oven, awaiting his return.
This weekend, in addition to normal weekend preparation, we do have a couple of new member classes to oversee and some visitation needed, but my daughter will be in town on Saturday afternoon, so I plan to spend time running around with her.
Hubby's home, so I'm off to eat some chili!
I hope everyone has a blessed, refreshing weekend!

Barb,
This is too funny....guess what I made for dinner last night? Yep! Homemade chili! It was so good with the cold weather. Like minds.
Happy Friday, sweet friend!
It is COLD here in Virginia today. Have had a few flurries on and off today.
Of course a few days ago it was in the 60's.
Did you save any chili for us?
